On Wednesday December 10th at 12 AM PHX, An upgrade to internal components on Zoi Admin will be taking place during a 30 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode.

Zoi will be undergoing a system restart during a 30 minute window on Wednesday, December 3rd at 12 AM PHX. Access to the ZoiAdmin console will temporarily be unavailable for as long as 15 minutes.

For a period of up to 45 minutes inside that window, slight degradation may be noticed on the online admin console. The console and end-devices using Zoi will remain up and useable. No other impacts are anticipated.
