Zoi Admin Certificate Renewal

On Wednesday, March 19th 12:00 AM PHX; During a 15 minute maintenance window, Zoiadmin's SSL certificate renewal will be applied. This will cause a brief interruption lasting less than one minute. Devices may notice a connection interruption if in the process of syncing, and can be resolved with a subsequent sync.

On Wednesday February 26th at 12AM PHX, An upgrade to internal components on Zoi Admin will be taking place during a 30 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode.

Please be aware Zoi's database will undergo routine maintenance during a 90 minute window this Saturday Feb 22nd from 12AM to 1:30AM PHX.

For a period of up to 40 minutes inside that window, slight degradation may be noticed on the online admin console. The console and end devices using Zoi will remain up and useable. No other impacts are anticipated.
