Hotfix Upgrade
Zoi will be performing a hotfix patch on the Zoi Admin Web Console during a 30 minute window. No anticipated downtime predicted.
Zoi Admin Update
An upgrade to internal components on Zoi Admin will be taking place during a 30 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode.
Certificate Authority Update
Zoi will underdo a certificate authority upgrade on Wednesday August 28th at 12:00am PHX during a 15 minute window. No interruption of service or downtime is predicated.
DB Upgrade
A Database upgrade will be taking place during a 30 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode.
