ZoiAdmin Hotifx

Zoi will be performing a hotfix patch on the Zoi Admin Online Console during a 30 minute window. No interruption of service is anticipated.

ZoiAdmin Update

On Tuesday, March 30th at 10:30 PM PHX, An upgrade to internal components on Zoi Admin will be taking place during a 30 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode.

Database Maintenance

Please be aware Zoi's database will undergo routine maintenance during a 2-hour window this Sunday, March 29th from 12 AM to 2 AM PHX.

For a period of up to 45 minutes inside that window, slight degradation may be noticed on the online admin console. The console and end-devices using Zoi will remain up and useable. No other impacts are anticipated.

On Wednesday March 11th at 12 AM PHX, An upgrade to internal components on Zoi Admin will be taking place following a System Reboot during a 45 minute window. Access to the online admin console may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this time. Access to tablets and Chart creation will continue to function in offline mode. Access to the ZoiAdmin console will temporarily be unavailable for as long as 15 minutes.

Please be aware Zoi's database will undergo an upgrade during a 2-hour window this Wednesday, February 25th from 12 AM to 2 AM PHX.

For a period of up to 30 minutes inside that window, the admin console will be unavailable, and users may not be able to login until completed. Slight degradation may be noticed on the online admin console immediately after the upgrade is completed for a short period. End user devices using Zoi will remain up and useable in offline mode. No other impacts are anticipated.
